Application:
Using light strokes, apply the metallic tip to the eye contour for a cool, decongesting effect. Then, apply Phyto-Cernes Eclat with the brush or by tapping with the fingertips, moving from the interior to the exterior corner of the eye. Wash the brush regularly with soap and water. Allow to air dry.
Results:
Eyes are left looking rested and more beautiful. Dark circles are masked, dark areas are left looking lighter, and eye puffiness is reduced.
