Take 1–1½ roundedteaspoons twice per day at any time, atleast 5 hours apart.Individual needs may vary. Start with 1rounded teaspoon daily and graduallyincrease to 1½ rounded teaspoons twicedaily. When bowels are comfortablyloose, this is the optimal amount. Somepeople may need to start with a halfteaspoon only and gradually work up tohigher amounts.DIRECTIONS: Place powder in a glass ormug; add 2–3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz,then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm orcold water and enjoy. You can also simplyadd Natural Calm Plus Calcium to a glass orbottle of cold water.
