For Daily Maintenance: Adults and Children over 12 years old: Take 2 teaspoons daily.
Children 6-12 years old: Take 1 teaspoon daily.

For Intensive Use: Adults and Children over 12 years old: Take 2 teaspoons four (4) times daily.
Children 6-12 years old: Take 1 teaspoon two (2) times daily.

Other Ingredients: Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water, Citric Acid
