For Best Brewing (Hot Tea) Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil at 212°F (100°C). Pour 8 fl oz (236 ml) of water over the filterbag in your cup. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Wait patiently for perfection. Iced tea: Place two bags in an eight ounce container and steep for five minutes. Remove bags and pour hot teas into a tall glass filled with ice.
