Directions:	After washing, rub a few drops of Outshine 01 through the hair and apply sparingly to the mid-lengths and ends to smooth static and frizz. Use a flat brush to blow dry the hair smooth. Apply Pure Force 20 at arm’s length all over to keep the hair in place. For a touch of glam, pull a section back from each side of the face and pin in place with the hair barrette.
