Directions:	For total body care: Heat the pack in pan of hot water or in the microwave on minimum heat. Smear a generous layer all over the body and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly. As a hair masque: Place a small amount on fingertips and massage gently into the scalp and through the hair. Rinse thoroughly after 10-15 minutes. CAUTION: Test the temperature of the mud before applying to the skin. Not for facial treatment.
