Directions:	Face Oil: Place a few drops onto your palm, gently rub your hands together to warm, breathe in the aroma then pat on to cleansed face and neck. Use nightly. Balm: Simply massage into your pulse points to quieten your mind and help you drift off to sleep. Avoid contact with eyes. Bath Infusions: Drop a bath infusion into a deep, warm bath and wait for the salts to melt and oils to infuse the water. When the muslin wrap floats to the surface your bath is ready.
