Directions:	Pillow Spray: Spray a fine mist directly onto your pillow (approximately 30 centimeters distance away). Once this has been done, lay back and breathe in through your nose and mouth to aid you to sleep. Body Oil: Apply sparingly to clean skin before bed time. For best results, use after a bath or shower. Bath Soak: Add a spoonful of bath salts as you run your bath. Sleep Balm: Apply onto pulse points to calm and relax. Roll On: To ease and soothe the mind towards a restful sleep, gently apply the roll-on to pulse points such as temples, wrists and forehead.
