Adults take 4 capsules three (3) times per day with at least 10-12 ounces of water,
juice or your favorite beverage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
Children (6 yrs to 12 yrs) 1/2 the adult dosage.
Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse may be used alternatively with our top selling Colon Cleanse® Original. Use Super Colon Cleanse for a thorough cleansing periodically, followed by Colon Cleanse Original for maintenance in between.
