Directions:
    • Snap open the capsule at the blue line.
    • Place the swab inside the capsule and gently push out the activating gel.
    • Rub the gel across your teeth in a circular motion for 30 seconds
    • DO NOT rinse.
    • On a DRY toothbrush, brush with the Supersmile Professional Whitening System. Use a pearl size drop of Whitening Toothpaste and Whitening Accelerator.
    • Brush in a circular motion for 2 minutes.
    • Rinse with water.
