Directions:	SUPERMUD®: Apply a Thin Layer to Clean Skin. Leave on for 5 - 20 minutes & Remove with Water. Use as a Full Face Mask or Spot Treatment as often as needed. Avoid eye area. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using the week after. Not for use on sensitive skin. YOUTHMUD®: Apply a thin layer to clean face. Expect a tingle-tastic tightening effect in 10 minutes or less. Remove mask with water in circular motions to exfoliate. Use twice a week or as often as desired. GRAVITYMUD™: Apply a generous, even layer to clean skin with brush in upward strokes, avoiding eyebrows and hairline. Leave on for 20-30 minutes. Treatment will change colour as it dries. Once completely dried, gently peel off from outer edges and roll off any remaining excess. Use twice a week. For best results, avoid using water anytime during process and after so targeted ingredients can remain on the skin. THIRSTYMUD™: Use 2-3 times per week or when needed. Apply an even layer to clean dry skin. Can be used on the face, neck and décolleté. DAY USE: Leave on for 10-20 minutes allowing product to absorb into the skin, wipe off with tissue and massage remaining product into skin or wash-off with water. NIGHT USE: Leave on to infuse the skin with moisture and wake up with extremely hydrated skin. IN-FLIGHT USE: Apply at the beginning of the flight and leave on for flight duration. FLASHMUD™: Apply to dry face in circular motions to pre-exfoliate for improved ingredient absorption. Leave on for 20 minutes. Product will turn semi-transparent as ingredients absorb. Wash off with water. Use 3 days in a row for improved results. Thereafter use 2-3x per week for maintained results. Must use High-SPF sunscreen daily to protect & maintain results when using FLASHMUD™. Results will be lost during extended and/or direct/unprotected sun/sunbed exposure. Always follow directions. POWERMUD™: Apply an even thin layer to a clean, dry face. Leave on five to 10 minutes, allowing to dry. For removal, apply water and use circular motions to transform into a Cleansing Oil Treatment.
